Orders
How do i place an order?
Use our contact form to send us your requirements
After i place my order then what?
We will send you a quotation. After acceptance of our quotation and depending on the products we would require a full payment or a minimum of Fifty(50%)deposit.
How much time in advance would you need to complete my order?
Any small orders must be given to us at least 4 days in advace. All our hot meals and confectionary are prepared fresh and only gets produced on order.
How much time would you need for large orders?
Depending on the order. We advise any orders to be emailed to us first for evaluation.
Do you deliver your orders?
We only deliver orders within a 10km radius. Orders within a 10km radius are free of charge only if it exceeds our minimum order value. Any orders that does not meet our minimum order value has a delivery charge attached to it.
Payments
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards as listed on our website
How do i pay my full payment or deposit?
You can either do a cash deposit or a EFT into our bank account.
It is important for you to email us your proof of payment and confirm our receipt thereof. We will not be resposible if your order is delayed or not processed due to confusion or lack of communication from your side.
What happens if i cancel my order after i've paid my deposit or full payment?
We will consider a Fifty(50%) refund on orders cancelled 2 days prior to the order due date.
OTHER
Do you wholesale your products?
We do not wholesale our products to shops, supermarkers or any chain stores. We are very sensitive in maintaining an extremely high quality and taste regarding our products. our recipes and products are unique and we do not have any intention to commercialise it.
Why dont you have a recipe section on your website?
We are considering adding a recipe section of our non proprietary products. We will not publish our signature recipes.
